Exhibitors
Companies, organisations and institutes are invited to exhibit their
products and services. A total of seven indoor display spaces (D1 to D7)
are available in the foyer of the Conference Centre at a price of R7500.00 (VAT inclusive) per space. The exhibition space floor plan
may be viewed here.
Each display booth, comprising a 3m (width) x 2m (depth) shell scheme and
fascia with company name, is supplied with a power point (50Hz, 240V, 15A),
2 spotlights, a table and two chairs.
Display booths may be booked on-line by completing the Exhibit Application Form or by mailing a printed copy of the Registration Form to the Symposium Organisers. Booking and payment must be made by 19th August 2011.
