Application to Present a Paper
Provision is made for approximately 16 papers, which will be limited to 25 minutes in order to allow time for questions and answers. The SAJADS2009 Paper Template must be used to submit “close-to-final” draft papers of approximately 8 pages (including graphics). Papers will be adjudicated on a number of parameters, including applicability to the theme, technical content, structure, and adherence to the prescribed format and length. Papers will be published in Symposium Proceedings (CD-ROM), which will be provided in the Registration Pack upon check-in on the first day of the Symposium.
The draft paper, completed Submission Form and Curriculum Vitae not exceeding 100 words, must be submitted in electronic format, via e-mail or on disk, to the Symposium Organisers no later than 21 August 2009. Successful applicants will be notified by 28th August 2009. Final papers must be submitted by 15th September 2009.
