Application to Present a Paper
Provision is made for approximately 16 papers, which will be limited to 25 minutes in order to allow
time for questions and answers. The SAJADS 2011 Paper Guidelines must be used to submit “close-to-final”
draft papers of approximately 8 pages (including graphics). Papers will be adjudicated on a
number of parameters, including applicability to the theme, technical content, structure, and adherence
to the prescribed format and length. Papers will be published in Symposium Proceedings (CD-ROM),
which will be provided in the Registration Pack upon check-in on the first day of the Symposium.
The draft paper and a Curriculum Vitae not exceeding 100 words must be
submitted in electronic format to the Symposium Organisers by 30th May 2011.
Papers must be submitted using the prescribed format and template.

Successful applicants
will be notified by 13th June 2011. Final papers must be submitted by 19th August 2011.
