Registration

Delegates and presenters can register online by completing the Registration Form, or by faxing or mailing a printed copy of the Registration Form to the Symposium Organisers.   A pro-forma invoice and a delegate registration number will be forwarded upon registration (via e-mail, fax or mail depending on method of registration).   Registrations will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.   Note that registration and payment before 19^th August 2011 to qualify for a discount.

Delegates and presenters will receive a Symposium Pack, including the final Symposium Programme and the Symposium Proceedings on CD-ROM, during check-in on the first day of the Symposium.

• The symposium fee for non-military delegates is ZAR 3 000.00 (VAT inclusive).
  Register and pay before 19^th August 2011 and qualify for a discount of R500.00.
• The symposium fee for military personnel is R1 200.00.
• Presenters are allowed to attend the symposium free of charge.

Payment

Payment can be made by Cheque or Traveller’s Cheque written in South African Rand currency, payable to “Armscor”, or by Bank Transfer to the following account (confirmation of such transfers must be faxed to the Symposium Organisers at +27 12 428 3429):

Payment will be acknowledged in the form of a tax invoice, which will be available for collection at the registration desk during the symposium.

Symposium Proceedings

Delegates and presenters will receive the Symposium proceedings on CD-ROM, the cost of which is included in the registration fee. Additional copies of the proceedings may be ordered by completing the relevant section of the Symposium Registration Form.
