Registration

Delegates and presenters can register online by completing the Registration Form, or by mailing a printed copy of the Registration Form to the Symposium Organisers.  A pro-forma invoice and a delegate registration number will be forwarded upon registration (via e-mail, fax or normal mail depending on method of registration).  Registrations will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.  Note that registration and payment before 31th August 2009 qualify for a discount.

Delegates and presenters will receive a Symposium Pack, including the final Symposium Programme and the Symposium Proceedings on CD-ROM, during check-in on the first day of the Symposium.

• The symposium fee for non-military delegates is 3 000.00 (VAT inclusive).
  Note that registrations and payment before 31st August 2009 qualify for a discount of R500.00
• The symposium fee for military personnel is R1 200.00
• Presenters are allowed to attend the symposium free of charge

Payment

Payment can be made by Cheque or Traveller’s Cheque written in South African Rands, payable to “Armscor”, or by Bank Transfer to the following account (confirmation of such transfers must be faxed to the Symposium Organisers at + 27 12 428-3429)  Payment will be acknowledged in the form of receipts, which will be forwarded via e-mail or normal mail, whichever the case may be.  Payment must be made before 31 th August 2009 in order to avoid the penalty for late registration.

Symposium Proceedings

Delegates and presenters will receive the Symposium proceedings on CD-ROM, the cost of which is included in the registration fee.  Additional copies of the proceedings are available at R250.00 (VAT inclusive) per copy subject to an order being placed, and payment having been received, by 31^th August 2009.  Additional copies of the proceedings may be ordered by completing the relevant section of the Symposium Registration Form.
